Usually I have respect for this carrier! They typically drive slower but are OUT the way! After 11 years of driving this driver’s parking lot etiquette was just blatantly disrespectful! Love’s Peidmont,SC 430pm A super busy truck stop, one way in and one way out for BOTH cars and trucks!!! Another driver coming off the scale, respectfully let some drivers entering go so it doesn’t get backed up! Pulls up, points & tells the Averitt driver where he’s going. Driver lines up, but guess who makes a u-turn and proceeds to line up and block that spot! & blocking the repair shop and because he did not complete the turn!! CHECK THE CAMERAS!!! So now they’re ICC bumper to front bumper and Averitt WOULD NOT move until worker had to come out due to the commotion . Trucks backed to the street! No one can come in and out! Driver rolls up his window and stares straight refusing to cooperate! Please take him off the road!!!!! Workers get him to back up so that driver can get set up, he then pulls up and almost runs the workers over disregarding them telling him to wait! So he steals the spot, and pulls his curtains to hide!! So no post trip! & if he doesn’t get out to leave that means no pre trip either! Unsafe!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Please check your driver Averitt! Everything I’m saying is on the shop camera !

Friday April 3rd 2026 Byhailia, MS. Volvo facility your driver rudely crowded several individuals purposely and unnecessarily as we were trying to back in to this facility which is notoriously tight circumstances he needs to be disciplined in some fashion this makes your company look bad especially since this is likely an important customer for you not to mention puts your equipment at risk to be damaged the next driver might not be as nice as I have been about it even the yard guy here got verbal with him about it

The man driving the truck in the pictures provided below has zero remorse for how he drives and OBVIOUSLY has ZERO knowledge on how to operate such a large vehicle. While traveling on the I-275 this morning, around 8:08am, I was in the left lane alongside this truck, when it suddenly veered into my lane, almost immediately squishing my car (along with myself, my sister, and my cat) against the guardrail. When I got next to the truck and had some words for the driver, they flipped me off. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the type of people you should have working for you. Do something about this.

You need to further train your drivers to read and follow the directions stated on the BOL. This would be the 2nd time you guys screwed us for god sakes. READ = FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

Don’t know how you keep operating with drivers like this. He got impatient today 4/18/24 during a back up on i65 in TN and proceed to go around me and drive on the shoulder to bypass trucks. Very unsafe and unprofessional.
