Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC did an amazing job handling our case. From the very beginning, they made sure we understood what was going on and explained everything step by step. We never felt lost or out of the loop. They really listened to our concerns and made us feel like we mattered. You can tell they care about their clients and know what they’re doing. They were always professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. We’re truly thankful for all the help and support they gave us. If you ever need a law firm that’s honest, dependable, and will walk with you through the process, this is the team you want on your side.

I was very pleased with Mr Robert Cowan returning my phone call. He was very informative about the situation I was addressing. Thanks again Mr Cowan for reaching back to me.

The communication could be better, and some situations do take longer than others, but information is what people rely upon. It is still taking awhile longer than one would assume to have my case finalized, but it is still progressing. Nonetheless, having a bit more contact with the client(s) would and could alleviate most concerns.

I am very pleased with bch law. They have done a great job we are one of the small cases and i just want to say the clients have to do there part and communicate if you are not understanding the process. As i didn’t communicate like i should have and jumped to conclusions when it was totally opposite. I was part of the round up settlement and they took on a lot. I’m happy to say i am receiving more than i expected and am absolutely thrilled and I just want to give a huge THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE FIRM. 🧡

In November of 2020 my husband was diagnosed with Stage III lung cancer. He had worked for a corporation that did not look after the welfare of their employees. After much discussion and weighing options we reached out to Bailey, Cowan, and Heckaman. Everyone we have spoken to there was been wonderful. No question has ever been too insignificant for them to answer. They have been patient with us and very diligent in preparing for and presenting my husband’s case. They were able to get him financial compensation from his previous employer. We cannot thank Alina Gregory and David Dixon enough for their time and energy. Our deepest gratitude to Eric Birge, who without him we would not have had a clue as to what to do. Eric made us feel very comfortable and at ease when speaking to us and guided us gently in the direction we needed to go through this process. He has been kind enough to call and check on my husband from time to time. Again, we can’t say enough good things about this organization and how hard they work to help their clients. Thank you Alina, David and Eric we appreciate each of you!
