Honest, trustworthy and dependable!! Just what we need as real estate investors!! We try to point every buyer in their direction ; not only can you trust them to ensure your transactions are completed correctly but also because the entire staff is super friendly and happy to help you with any questions you might have!! The peace of mind I have on properties they research is a blessing in today's cut throat world of attorney's trying to make $$$$ however and wherever they can!

My sister and had a sudden emergency need for a notary/attorney to sign some home closing papers for another state (in a home sale for our later father's estate)... Our other arrangement had fallen through at the last minute. We called at 455 on a weekday as we were right around the corner. Eugene Hastings stayed to notrarize the paperwork and his staff stayed to witness it. He was knowledgeable and very kind in what was an extremely stressful and emotional time for us. We were able to overnight the papers where they needed to be and we closed on the property as scheduled. This was solely due to Mr. Hastings and his willingness to help us at the last moment. Next time I need to use a title agency I will definitely give them my business.

Abosolutely the worst title company we have ever used in all our years of buying or selling a home. I have never had a company make so many critical errors and on top of that fail to take responsibility for them. I have never given a company such a poor review but this place made selling our home miserable.
