I just wanted to give a very big thank you to my Lawfirm of choice Burg Simpson Attorneys. My law team of attorneys Shane Fulton and Robert Harper along with their paralegals Aleah and Toby have been amazing to work with and they have definitely gone the extra mile to work my case with the most importance care my family and I deserve. I had talked with other lawfirms regarding my case, including large firms here in Colorado, but no one wanted to take on my case. Shane was able to listen to my situation and let me know I was important to him and his firm, and that I was a person, not just a number or statistic. I decided to hire them never looked back on my decision. If you are looking for a awesome lawfirm to represent you give Burg Simpson Attorneys a call. You won't be disappointed and they will go above and beyond for you and your family!

I had a great experience working with Stephan Marsh. He was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout my workers’ compensation case. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain things clearly, give straightforward advice, and make sure I understood my options before making important decisions. Even when I had a lot of questions, he was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best choice for my situation. I’m extremely grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney.

I received a referral for Nick fogle after speaking to the intake specialist. Miguel, I was able to get a phone call appointment with him. We spoke about how I had representation but I was thinking it might be better to get other representation. We weren't clicking very well. I said specifically though that I didn't want to do that unless I had other representation set. He said that he would take my case if that's what me and my previous lawyer had decided and we did and then he told me that he was too busy to take it and pawned me off on someone else. I feel like he could have taken the time to figure that out before he told me that he would take it and I made that phone call. But then again, it's just little old me against all of these big institutions. Thank God he is with me too!!! .... update... The lawyer he recommended, Is taking time to look into my case and that I appreciate very much!!!

Wonderful and caring lawyers! I hired Burg Simpson after an auto accident that left me really injured. I was not sure who to call but my sister worked with them before and highly recommended them to me. I was lucky enough to get an incredible lawyer. Jessica Breuer is an amazing lawyer and person. She is really nice and does not mess around when it comes to her work. She is incredibly professional while still being very easy to speak with openly. She's like a really sweet tiger shark. Or like a real life Kim Wexler (if you've ever seen Better Call Saul, you'll get it). There's no way I could have done what she did on my own. We were up against a very large corporation and I am so lucky I had someone like Jessica to fight for me. I would highly recommend Burg Simpson to anyone needing an attorney and I would most certainly recommend asking for Jessica!

My dog and I were attacked by a loose pit bull. I suffered a serious bite on my right hand. I pressed charges and assumed that the court would help me recovery the medical expenses that I had incurred due to the attack. A friend informed me that, even if the owners were to be found guilty (which they were), the likelihood of them actually paying restitution was slim. She advised me to contact BurgSimpson and let them handle the legalities. Mr. Jacob Burg reviewed my situation and agreed to represent me in filing a suit against the dog owners. Mr. Burg and his staff were able to recover medical expenses and settle my case. I am so grateful to my friend who encouraged me to contact BurgSimpson. As happy as I am with my case being handled with such professionalism and care, I am even more grateful for the kindness and compassion that was shown to me during this rather stressful experience. I was heard and I was seen. Though my case was, by no means, as serious as most personal injury cases, Jacob Burg and BurgSimpson treated my case with the same determination and respect as other cases. Cheri R is an amazing communicator for Mr. Jacob Burg and BurgSimpson Law Firm, and she kept me up to date on the process. More importantly, she checked in on me often to see how I was feeling, physically and even more so, mentally. After the settlement, Jacob Burg and Cheri R sat with me and answered any questions that I had. We also discussed “life” and things that bring us joy. My heart felt healed as I left their office that day. As hesitant as I was to seek legal help on my dog attack, it was the absolute best thing I could have done—and that was to contact BurgSimpson Law Firm. They are professional, respectable and dedicated to helping people who don’t know where to turn. People like me.
