We hired this company with the agreement that they would provide the legal support within approximately one month, in addition to paying the onboarding fee. Unfortunately, after two months of working together and spending over $5,000, the main document that was the purpose of our engagement was not completed (even though it was sent for review during the onboarding process), and no additional work product was delivered. The most helpful part of the entire process was the initial free consultation with Sam Pondrom, which we appreciated.

I have had an exceptional experience with Michael Byrd, Jay Minton and their teams, now for multiple separate experiences over the last 3-4 years - initial contract review when joining an established practice, entity formation for an S-Corporation, and now in a more sustained format via Access plus for a wide variety of guidance. The team is on point, accessible, communicates timeline expectations clearly and provides thoughtful advice grounded in years of experience at every turn. Their level of specialization, knowledge and experience in the field brings a great deal of value to my decision making. They are also wonderful people to work with. I am very grateful and could not give a higher recommendation. Thank you.

I've relied on the expert legal advice from ByrdAdatto multiple times. My attorney was Sam and he not only provided expert support and guidance related to my concerns, he's also a great guy and very personable. Highly recommend.

ByrdAdatto is always our first call when it comes to healthcare compliance and legal needs for our clients at Maven. I’ve worked with everyone on their team and they always go above and beyond, stay current with legislative changes in the ever changing space of healthcare, are extremely responsive, and a delight to work with. You can risk setting up your entities, compensating your team, or complying with state and fed regulations the wrong way OR you can just work with them and know you’re receiving the best advice.

The team at ByrdAdatto is fantastic.Their advice, expertise, and efficiency are excellent. Brad and Michael also do a great job sharing their knowledge and providing guidance to plastic surgeons around the country through the Aesthetic Society. I would definitely recommend them to plastic surgeons or physicians in general.
