I had a very disappointing experience with CEVA Logistics. The customer service was extremely poor — it was difficult to get clear answers, and representatives seemed uninterested in helping resolve issues. Communication was inconsistent, and follow-ups often went ignored. Management was also unprofessional and disorganized. The managers I dealt with lacked accountability and did not seem to care about employee or customer concerns. There appeared to be a negative work environment, which reflected in the overall service quality. Overall, this company left a very negative impression. I would not recommend them based on my experience with their customer support, management, and lack of professionalism.
Read on GoogleUrgent Fraud ALERT DONT HAUL.
We hauled an oversized load for this company and did not receive payment for the services provided. Communication became extremely difficult once the load was completed, and our calls and messages went unanswered.
During pickup, our driver mistakenly collected two decks instead of three. As soon as the issue was identified, we acted in good faith and offered to return and transport the remaining deck at no additional charge, provided delivery could be completed on Saturday. Unfortunately, this proposal was not accommodated.
Instead, we were informed that deductions would be taken, and payment for the oversized load that was successfully transported was not issued. Based on our experience, any issue—whether at pickup, delivery, or timing—appears to result in deductions rather than reasonable resolution.
This was a disappointing experience, especially as we operate professionally and always aim to resolve issues fairly. Other carriers should proceed with caution and ensure all terms are clearly documented before hauling for this company.

I purchased this product on 8/16 with a promised delivery date of 8/29. What should have been a smooth process turned into a very frustrating experience. First, I called to reschedule the delivery by just one day, but the delivery company was not truthful about it. I ended up waiting an additional five days because of the weekend and Labor Day. When I called Costco.com to follow up, they had to contact the delivery company, and I was told I would still need to wait another three days for the “soonest delivery date.”
When the package finally arrived, the delivery team was fast, but instead of being upfront, they hid the damaged part. Had they informed me right away, I could have rejected the order on the spot. Instead, I was left with the disappointment of opening the package to discover a damaged vanity.
Now, after all the delays, I am still stuck waiting for a return. This entire experience has been unprofessional, misleading, and very disappointing.
Read on GoogleThis company is a joke. I ordered a $1200 kayak that they beat to heck in the back of a semi trailer, not strapped down or in any protective covering. It came with a ground down handle and three gouges. They refused my claim "respectfully." Well, disrespectfully, I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this company to ship ANY items. Seller and buyer beware. I'm certain my experience isn't the only one of its kind.
Read on GoogleThis review is of the actual location. I've dropped off several pallets here. Nice people but probably the most disorganized company I've ever dealt with.
First to get in you have to call some phone number that contacts their guard system out of state (?). Once they approve you, the gate opens. I still don't understand what qualifies as acceptable since all they asked for was my name.
Then begins your mystery to find out which door to enter. This always takes me 15 minutes or so because I keep forgetting this is the "weird" freight company.
Apparently buildings are called phase 1, 2,3 by employees but none of the buildings are labeled. The employees will tell you something like "ha! Wrong building, you should be in phase 3." Once you get to the correct building for dropping off a pallet, which is phase 3, in the very back, you enter a room full of cubicles with no reception at all. If you ask anyone, you can interrupt their workflow and they'll happily take you to the dispatch office...so weird.
The dispatch office is in the middle of the building... So weird!!! Never seen that in any other place.
Once at the dispatch office, they tell you "find someone in a forklift and tell them to take your pallet." In other words, YOU are the dispatch employee now....so weird.
Then as you approach the forklift driver, you will get scolded for walking in a steel toe zone.
The as you leave you get the Spanish inquisition. WAY worse than the entrance quiz. Now they're asking what you were doing, vehicle details, scolding you for not being in their system (?)
FedEx freight, southeastern, so many others are smooth drop offs but I would plan at least an hour for this one.
Needless to say, I don't think Ceva likes taking pallets from pickup trucks. And I don't think it happens very often.
