★★★★★ Exceptional Legal Expertise! I had the pleasure of working with Jon Coats, PA for my Employment and Qualifier Indemnification agreements, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was incredibly thorough, strategic, and dedicated to protecting my interests. Thanks to his sharp negotiation skills and deep expertise, I secured the absolute best deal possible. If you need top-tier legal representation for complex executive or employment agreements, look no further. Highly recommended!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other potential clients can make an informed decision. I retained this firm in early 2024 regarding a property dispute/partition matter involving a co-owner. From the beginning, I repeatedly communicated the financial urgency of the situation because I was continuing to pay monthly carrying costs on a property I did not live in. My experience was that the case moved significantly slower than expected, especially during the early stages of representation. There were multiple periods where follow-up emails requesting updates went unanswered for extended periods, requiring additional emails and phone calls before meaningful updates or action occurred. The initial demand process and progression toward filing took substantially longer than I reasonably expected given the circumstances and urgency I communicated throughout the case. During this period, it often felt like documents and strategies were repeatedly being revised while the financial burden on my side continued increasing monthly. Later in the representation, another attorney within the firm became more involved in the matter. While everyone I interacted with was professional in tone, the overall handling of the case often felt disorganized and reactive rather than proactive. Even mediation scheduling ultimately extended beyond the Court’s directed timeline while I continued carrying ongoing property expenses. To be fair, the firm ultimately waived my remaining balance at the conclusion of the matter, and the attorneys were professional when responses were eventually provided. However, by the end of the case, I ultimately negotiated the final resolution directly myself outside of the litigation process after incurring substantial ongoing costs over time. This review is simply my honest experience as a client. Others may have different experiences, but I personally would have wanted to know these things before choosing counsel for a financially time-sensitive matter.
