We went to Denny's in Shepherdsville Kentucky. It was absolutely fantastic!!!! The one in Waddy (no longer exist) was terrible so I was a little skeptical but this one was phenomenal. Exactly like you would want. Restaurant was super clean too. Food looked like the menu pictures!! It was hot, fresh and pretty quick to get! The staff was friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This store is super cool too. Looks like a 50's diner and neon lights. If every Denny's was like the one in Shepherdsville Ky, they'd all be 2nd to none! I PRAY they will build a Denny's like this one in Frankfort Ky .. brand new Target shopping center off I-64 & US127.. lots of fast food stuff being built that everyone is sick of. Frankfort desperately needs a Dennys. If someone high up enough sees this, PLEASE put one in Frankfort, KY!! It WILL NOT FAIL. Thank you!!

Dear Denny’s Corporate Customer Relations, I am writing to share a disappointing experience during my recent visit to your restaurant located at 8503 Bird Road in Miami, Florida. I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years and dine there on a regular basis. Over time, I have become very familiar with the restaurant and have developed a preference for a particular table. I choose this table because it is located in an area of the restaurant that is less brightly lit and does not have an air conditioning vent directly above it, which often makes me uncomfortable during my meal. One of the reasons I continue returning is because of an outstanding waitress named Maritza. She consistently provides exceptional customer service and always goes above and beyond to ensure I have an enjoyable dining experience. In fact, I visit so often that she already knows what I am likely to order and still takes the time to confirm my choice to ensure everything is exactly as I want it. Maritza truly exceeds expectations and is an asset to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was overshadowed by an interaction with the manager, Christina. While I was in the middle of my meal, she approached my table and informed me that I should not be sitting there because, due to a staffing shortage, she wanted customers seated only toward the front of the restaurant. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily confrontational and made me feel very uncomfortable. She went on to explain that there were not enough customers in the restaurant to justify my sitting in that section. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the area where I was seated is separated from the “designated” seating area by nothing more than a half wall. There was no operational impact, no inconvenience to staff, and no disruption to other guests. Rather than making me feel like a valued, long-time customer, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong simply by choosing the table where I have comfortably dined for years. I would strongly encourage someone to address this matter with Christina. Customer service is about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, not making them feel unwelcome in the middle of their meal. If this is the level of hospitality customers can expect, Christina may eventually find herself with far fewer customers to worry about seating. Personally, after many years of patronizing this location, I am saddened to say that I will likely refrain from staying during future visits and instead choose another restaurant. It is unfortunate that such a long-standing relationship with this Denny’s could be negatively impacted by a manager whose people skills fall far below the level of service that loyal customers deserve. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I hope this matter is addressed so that other loyal guests do not have a similar experience. Thank you.

Yesterday I stopped at Pilot 482 for fuel and to eat at Denny’s like I always do. To my surprise there was only an old lady serving the table. I ask the lady if the wait was going to be long and she told me anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. I waiting 35 minutes playing with other my cell and resting. When the food finally arrived to my table the food looked like a pool of oil, the hash browns were drown in oil, my eggs were drown in oil, my bacon and sausage were down in oil. The food was so disgusting that I would dare to feed it to my dog. It was nasty. I took pictures, got up and walk straight into the kitchen to let the cook know that his the worst cook in the world and the most nasty disgusting one too, I also told him that he shouldn’t be working for for Denny’s.

It's my birthday and we try to get verification for free breakfast. Code never sends. We walk in to ask about it and are told no. My husband's ready to leave. I find out from manager all they need is phone number! Almost lost my business forever!

Tucumcari Denny’s. Black guacamole and lettuce. Not stored in a fridge. Disgusting. Not toasted bread and the wrong kind of bread. The waitress was a nasty female. I will continue posting my experience on social media until I hear from you. I got extremely sick from this old, moldy food. Virginia Bates
