Terrible experience. I asked for a chapter 7 from the start. They tried to get me to do a chapter 13 but I told em I wanted chapter 7. He said he could do that. They worked on my case for over a month with very little communication. I was very patient with them until today when he still tried to get me to do a chapter 13. I think this attorney must be hanging out with the trustee playing golf cuz the client sure aint the priority. If he couldnt do it, he could have at least told me last month.

This place talks a good talk but they do not have anything to back it up. You can leave 10 messages and either 10 messages are not being relayed or they are being completely ignored and unanswered. It is absolutely frustrating and unprofessional, unacceptable and Mr Young should reconsider either a his staff or b his line of work... Moving on to someone who is more reputable, available, professional and attentive to clientele ell and their needs. Not to mention for as much money as they make which seemingly is Hanover fist that office is a hot mess and need a total makeover. Just saying really really not a good first impression at all.

Horrible Asked for ALL of my personal info including SSN just for a consultation. When asked why, I was told I was being difficult and I shouldn't be concerned about giving out that info because I'm filling. "Excuse me!"

Having to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy was a very difficult thing for us to do. They have made a difficult experience even worse. The list is to long to go through. Wouldn't recommend even to someone I dislike

I wouldn’t go to this man for legal help if my life depended on it. He did no research on my friends case and didn’t start finding out any information about her case until the day of court. She ended up loosing full custody of her child to her abusive, alcoholic father because of his lack of counsel. Please do your research on this man before allowing him to take on your case and robbing you of your money.
