I've been working with Gerold and Tracy for the past two years, or so. They were both professional and supportive of my case. Unfortunately it dragged on, so my trial date got pushed back on six different occasions. This was not the fault of my attorney, but the inefficiency of the New Orleans legal system. Thankfully, Tracy and Gerold stuck it out with me. They voiced their frustration about the delays and the deliberate postponements. I remained patient until I finally had my day in court. I was afraid that Gerold had lost interest in the case. But when it came time for trial, Gerold showed up with flying colors. He poked holes in the prosecution's accusations. He showed, beyond a reasonable doubt, that my case had stemmed from false allegations. Thanks to Gerold, after three years of dealing with these charges, I was finally found not guilty. Mr. Gerold literally helped restore my freedom. Now, I can finally move forward with my life and not have these unfounded charges restraining me. Thanks again to both Tracy and Gerold. You guys rock!

Tracy (from Gerald's office) was incredibly kind and helpful when a friend of mine was facing legal trouble. My friend was only passing through Louisiana and I was doing my best to help from across the country. We ended up hiring a different lawyer closer to where my friend needed help, but Tracy was amazing in the early stages tracking down information and following up with me repeatedly. It was a bright spot at a scary time to find someone local who seemed to really care and want to help.

Gerald DeSalvo is an excellent attorney with many clients that are glad they used his firm. He doesn't play around, he takes care of the business at hand.
