I had an excellent experience working with Joseph and his team on my EB-2 NIW/I-140 case. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and provided clear guidance every step of the way. My petition received one RFE during a particularly challenging immigration environment, but Joseph and his team handled the response with professionalism, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the law. What makes my case particularly noteworthy is that I did not have research publications, patents, trademarks, or other academic achievements often associated with NIW cases. My petition was based primarily on my 8 years of civil engineering experience and contributions to major transportation infrastructure projects. Joseph and his team were able to effectively present my qualifications and demonstrate the national importance of my work. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, my petition was ultimately approved. I highly recommend Joseph and his team to anyone pursuing an immigration petition, especially professionals whose accomplishments are based on industry experience rather than academic research. Their expertise, persistence, and strategic approach made all the difference in my case.
