Customer service where!!? A simple apology or accountability would solve a lot of issues. Refusal to escalate calls, refusals to give a timeline on tech issues, refusal to offer a timeline of callbacks from “manager” absolutely ridiculous. If there was a way to not use this company I absolutely would take it!

Usage is like 1% of your bill. The rest is minimum service charges. Cutting back your usage will do nothing to help your bill.

A disgrace of a company, they hide behind the corporation commission while conducting unethical business in Arizona. Avoid relocating in any community served by Global Water and avoid paying the highest water rates in the state of Arizona.

Flooded a home the day the tenants were moving in. Be weary their techs aren't taking precautions to protect you.
