This is my second monitor. Just took my blood pressure and it said 155 / 100. Then took it 10 seconds later again and it says 131/82. Had I listened to this machine I would be taking more low pressers. How can you trust something will give you two totally different readings. Earlier this morning it told me I had a 178 over 151 how the hell is that. Would not recommend this other than a novelty item. If you're using this to guide your blood pressure good luck you'll be dead in no time.

Customer service sucks. Monitor worked about two weeks. Now it won't connect. Tried to call customer service. DON'T do it. They wrap you up in AI operator hell and you never get to talk with anyone. Threw mine in the trash and deleted the app. Company sucks. Equipment sucks. CUstomer service sucks.

Price of garbage wasted 2 hours to connect the monitor with Bluetooth. Don’t waste your money and time on it.

My Hello Heart monitor does not give me an accurate blood pressure reading. It is always too low. When I use the monitor I was using, the reading is much higher. This is closer to what it was before I started using Hello Heart. I may have to record my blood pressure manually using my previous monitor.
