Terrible experience with Rita and my hoa, BE VERY careful dealing with these individuals. Professionalism lacks, a good person would find a way to reach you especially when they have your phone number and address, and even email but they resort to the least effective step in order to take peoples hard earned money, these people are quick to try to throw you in court and have law enforcement come out. All about the money not about the people at all, Maybe the hoa couldn’t reach out but this firm could have anyone could have shown the decency to me and any homeowner buying a new home for 320+ thousand dollars. It’s a shame that they rely on hardworking Americans with children to feed, to pay their bills and feed their own children at night.

If minus 5 was an option I would leave that. Rita willingly spouts unlawful claims with authority and without impunity. The next level to ambulance chasing is HOA raids I guess. Sending auto payments to my HOA and them cashing my check monthly then hiring a lawyer for non payment as the amount changed and I wasn't aware is disgusting. Then dealing with the incompetence and ignorance on top of the aggravation has me wanting to move. I would never recommend this firm

Horrible experience with this law firm. They filed an invalid lien against my property on behalf of the HOA where neither the HOA nor the firm reached out to me about the (false) issue before initiating the lien. Working with Higgin Benjamin to resolve the matter was essentially nonexistent. The firm screams scammy ambulance chasers looking to make a cheap easy buck.

Terrible communication skills. Called the other day just to inquire about a potential case, & was told to "tuck my tail in and go back to where I was wronged." I thought lawyers were supposed to fight for the people shame on Mr.Wall. Wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone if they have these so called "lawyers" working there.

I was formally made aware of 2 liens placed on my home by this law firm through my HOA. After doing some digging and research, I found on the county court website that there were actually 3 liens placed under my name. I told Rita about the 3rd one and she just said it was a mistake she made. She never was forthright to admit her mistake. I had to ask her about it cause she never mentioned anything about it. As I've been told by Rita, these liens stay with you. The extra lien under my name which was THEIR MISTAKE makes a horrible experience even worse. I made sure it was dropped because I didn't want it to appear that it was still pending. Do your research dealing with this law firm and document everything. I don't trust most lawyers for this very reason.
