Special thanks to Maria Aguero at James Immigration who was very helpful, understanding, and professional in processing my case. Right from the start I feel like I was in the right place with the right people. Thank you for making me feel secure in the consultation. She was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Her patients and communication skills are key to my first impression with the form. Thank you for making the experience great.

This has been a wonderful experience all over! Everyone at this location has been so easy to deal with. You feel comfortable and confident that they are here to help you in every way they can! My fiancé and I have nothing but great things to say! They are quick, they're comforting helping you get through hard times. Giving you hope that you thought might be lost. Treating you like family and truly listening to your heartbreak with empathy. We dealt with Maria Aguero she was wonderful, loving and caring. She made time for us. We felt like we were in the right hands. Also dealing with Deisy Giraldo and she has been excellent too! Great team at James Immigration Law! If you're looking for a lawyer who understands you and treats you like they're own family this is the place for you! All around great people

Maria Aguero in the Vero Beach office spent so much time helping with my case. She was both knowledgeable and patient in helping proceed forward. I would gladly give her more than 5 stars for her kind help.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this firm has so many positive reviews. The only way to reach someone immediately is by calling the new client line. I personally know of two cases where this firm did nothing except collect payment and then stop responding. Every time someone tries to contact them, a different representative answers and says the person handling the case is unavailable and that they will have an update “next week.” Unfortunately, that next week never comes. Very disappointing experience.

I don't write many reviews, but sometimes you have to make an exception. My wife was a permanent resident, and wanted to become a US Citizen. I found James immigration law online, and liked what I saw on their website. I called an spoke to a receptionist (Mr. Albeiro), who was very courteous. He asked some questions, sent me a short form to fill out, and made an appointment to talk with an intake specialist, Mrs. Maria. At our appointment, she was friendly, and made us feel relaxed. She asked my wife questions and in no time explained that she would be glad to help her. Mrs Maria made us feel right at home, and explained the process that would lead to citizenship. She took her time to make sure we understood what was involved. Mrs Maria was very through, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Like I explained in the beginning, I don't write many reviews, but for this this kind of caring, respectful treatment, I have to. Thank you for all your help, Robert and Maria P.
