I have had such a great experience working with David Gremillion at Jeffords Anthony. He has helped me build the structure of my business from the start, worked through capital fund raise, term sheets, bank documents, lease documents and operating agreements. He has been very helpful, trustworthy and responsive. David has been patient with me through the many changes and structure adjustments. Overall 10/10 experience and he continues to be a great asset to me and my team.

I have worked with David at Jeffords Anthony a few times now, each time with great results. He and his staff are responsive and easy to work with. I second the other reviewer who said they speak plainly - you won't get lost in legal jargon with them. I don't hesitating in recommending them.
