I called David just kind of out of the blue - or book, I should say. He took my call and listened to me ramble on and on about the problem I needed help with, then gave some good advice for the time being. After that, he went right to work, starting my case for me, and all issues were satisfactorily resolved. I really, really like David, both personally - because he's funny - and professionally. His charges were reasonable and he stayed in touch, keeping me up-to-date on my case. I know there are plenty of lawyers out there, but I believe anyone would appreciate David's way of doing business.

David Kervin is, by far, the most tenacious, ethical, intelligent, knowledgeable and caring attorney I have ever had the pleasure of knowing amd working with. David's attention to the details of a very complicated and personal legal situation have been exemplary in every way. So much so, that I have had no reservations reccomending David to other friends. David will not disappoint.

If you have a medical case, do not go to this man unless you can guarantee that you can win 50 K or more for him because he only cares about the money.

My legal needs were met with a sense of urgency and efficiency by the Law Offices of David Kervin Jr. I couldn't get to his office because I was injured & staying in a hotel. He came to meet me in a conference room at the hotel to gather crucial details and information so that the case file could be opened right away. Fast forwarding to the settlement hearing and final disposition, he perused each and every aspect of the case and represented me with loyalty aways keeping the client as priority. Finally, the best settlement was obtained for me, thanks to his determination and meticulousness. You want The Law Offices of David Kervin on your side. CFJ
