Attorney John Norris was extremely communicative from start to finish and made sure I understood every step of the process. The first thing he told me before I signed our contract was, “I want you to walk away with more money than me.” He did exactly that! His team emphasized following their guidance and not trying to cut corners, and that advice truly paid off. I was able to walk away with a better outcome than I honestly expected. Throughout the entire process, I felt supported and informed. Anytime I called the office, someone was available to answer my questions, and if they didn’t have an immediate answer, someone always got back to me within a couple of days. The level of communication and professionalism was outstanding. I’ve already recommended John Norris to friends and family, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive representation. One thing I would tell anyone hiring an attorney: if you don’t have patience, this process may be difficult for you. Cases take time, patience, understanding, and follow-through. Trust the process and trust the team. Thank you, John and your team, for helping us achieve a great outcome and putting a good chunk of money in our pockets!

Would highly recommend staying away. Will have you get unnecessary surgeries that result in a lifetime of pain while they end up making more than you on your case. Not concerned w your actual best interest

Three years ago, King Law Firm, decided to take our case regarding my husband's injury at a local hotel that could have been avoided entirely. The first 1 1/2 years there was lots of communication and support from the law firm. Now over a year has passed and after our multiple phone calls reaching out, we have gotten absolutely now where. We were in the area, New Orleans, two weeks ago and stopped by to see where our case was going. We left a message and our business card. And there has been no response. So the bottom line the large hotel organization who could have prevented my husband's injuries and possibly future injuries, basically won. I pray that no one else was hurt due to the hotel and law firms negligence. So disappointed.
