I was looking to retain a lawyer and contacted Briana C. Robertson law firm for a consultation. I booked it and paid the refundable $50 deposit. " " Your consultation has been scheduled for the date and time below. Please reply to this email if you need to reschedule. Your Appointment Time: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 5:30 pm (CST). Thanks, Patience" Payment to BC Robertson Law A payment was submitted to BC Robertson Law. It will be reflected in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Description Clio Scheduler payment for 30- Minute Consultation with Stephanie Fernald She was 45 minutes Late. Less than 10 minutes into the call she was saying she was saying she didn't think my issue had merit and it wouldn't be something they would take on, but to send her additional information. In which she would review and contact me in the following two days. I never heard back from her. I replied to the email and requested a refund of my $50 deposit. Per thier website it will be refunded if I didn't use their services. I have called SEVERAL times and not able to speak to anyone. All options forward to a voicemail and have not received a response at all. The services they offer are non-existent and I'm out of $50. At this point I don't think I'll ever hear from anyone, nor receive my refund. Save your money and time!!!!!

Mrs. Robertson is a caring, and passionate attorney. She goes the extra mile for her clients, and doesn't just treat you as just a number but answers calls, text and gets results. She did amazing with my fiancé s criminal cases and got him results we didn't think he could get. When calling for a consultation she is the only one who broke down the charges and was real with me. I recommend her to everyone now. Take a chance on her believe me you won't be disappointed.

I am so very glad that I found the Law Office of Briana Robertson! From the very beginning she provided us with very good advice. She handled our case and got a resolution quickly. Dealing with probate/estate matters is never easy and can be quite stressful, but I have to say that Briana jumped right in and took care of us. I will definitely use her firm for any future estate planning needs.
