I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for everything my attorney did for me. He got me out just two days ago, and I truly can’t thank him enough. Throughout my entire case, he was always honest and straightforward with me. He never gave me false hope or made promises just to make me feel better, he told me the truth and prepared me for what to expect. In moments like these, you really need someone who is willing to fight for you, and he definitely did. He worked hard, stood by me, and fought for the best possible outcome. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication, honesty, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney they can trust and who will genuinely fight for them.

I am incredibly grateful for the representation I received. David helped me win my case, and throughout the entire process he was professional, strategic, and truly supportive. He was always very attentive to my calls and made himself available when I had questions or concerns. Communication was clear, effective, and consistent, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during a very stressful time. Nothing is worse than trying to get in contact with your lawyer and they don't pick up the phone. What stood out most was his encouragement — he kept me confident and reassured when I needed it most. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients. Thank you David!

I cannot thank David Magilligan and Magilligan Law enough for everything they did for me during one of the hardest times of my life. After spending 10 months in immigration detention, I honestly felt like getting released was impossible. David never gave up on my case. He fought hard for me in the courtroom, challenged the government’s arguments, and stood by me every step of the way. His professionalism, confidence, and dedication gave me hope when I had almost lost it. Thanks to David and his team, I was finally able to come home to my family. I highly recommend Magilligan Law to anyone facing immigration detention or difficult immigration cases. They truly fight for their clients.

Big Shout out to David. He was an absolutely great lawyer and I’m glad he was recommended to me by a friend who was facing a very big fraud charge.. and ultimately got all charges dropped against him thanks to David . I was facing a 3rd degree Felony charge. I had never been to Jail or had to deal with a court case before and he reassured me from the very beginning. He was very attentive to my case, and ultimately ended up getting all charges dismissed against me. He is very charismatic and non-judgmental… but most importantly… if you are his client… He is on your side and will fight for the best outcome for you. I appreciate him and highly recommend him for any case.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Consuelo and her team her exceptional assistance with my permanent residency application. Starting the process consuelo and her team last December was truly the best decision I could have made.Consuelo explained the entire process, including potential legal issues, and patiently answered all my questions her guidance and preparation for the interview were invaluable, and her outstanding communication throughout made me feel completely supported. I am incredibly grateful that all my applications were approved, receiving a call from consuelo with the good news that my permanent resident card had arrived at her office was wonderful, Her transparency regarding fees from the beginning, with no surprises, was also greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Consuelo and team to anyone seeking immigration assistance they are reliable, honest, highly knowledgeable in immigration law, and operate with great integrity.
