I had an excellent experience working with Michelle Roberts after my injury. She was professional, compassionate, and always made sure I understood every step of the process. Michelle handled my case with genuine care and fought hard to get me a fair outcome. Communication was easy, and she always took time to answer my questions. I had an excellent experience with this law firm after my car accident. From the very beginning, Michelle D. Roberts was professional, responsive, and truly took the time to explain every step of the process to me. What stood out the most was her consistent communication—she kept me informed throughout the entire case and always made sure my questions were answered. That level of support made a stressful situation much easier to handle, which is something many clients highlight as a key factor in positive experiences with personal injury firms. I felt that she fought hard to ensure I received a fair settlement, and I genuinely felt like she had my best interests at heart the entire time. Ms. Roberts was knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to getting results. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of strong legal representation after an accident. You’ll be in great hands!

Michelle is fantastic. She explains the process in a way that is easy to understand. She is the only attorney I know that actually answers the phone. Great service.

I cannot say enough wonderful amazing things about Michelle and Jennifer!!!! They are the most caring, kindest, honest lawyers I have ever come across!!!!! They we’re a godsend to my family and I!!!! They have been fighting for us since 2012 against (of all people) the city of New Orleans!!!!!! They have went above and beyond for my family and I!!! They have always been here for us to answer any questions we had along the way! I would NEVER EVER use any other attorney in my life if I ever got into another accident(and I pray I never will have another accident!) I was so thankful that Michelle took my case on because we called atleast 6 others before I herd about Michelle and how awesome he whole staff is, and as soon as I called she didn’t hesitate to have us come in and talk and she took us on with no problem! She warned us from the very beginning that it will take a VERY VERY LONG time to receive any money IF we do! Most attorneys wouldn’t even tell you that much less take you on for that reason in itself! Thanks again Michelle and Jennifer!!!!! You guys are so amazing and I will forever feel indebted to you guys for all you have done for us thus far!!!!!! God bless you guys!!! You’re both so absolutely amazing!!!!!!❤️ Priscilla Darby
