Devin has been a huge asset for our business. From operating agreements to investment structures, he’s helped us think through things clearly and get them done right. He’s incredibly responsive, moves fast, and is easy to work with. We’ve referred him to a number of others and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended — Outstanding Estate & Business Attorney I’ve been working with Devin O’Donnell, Partner at O’Donnell Grubb, PLLC, for over a year and a half after being referred by Edward Collins of UPLEVEL University, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Devin is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful in his approach. He doesn’t just execute paperwork — he takes the time to explain every decision, identify potential pitfalls, and provide the best path forward for my family’s estate and business structure. Together, we’ve established multiple trusts (four in total) and six companies, and Devin has handled every piece of documentation seamlessly. His expertise in trusts, estate planning, and business entity formation — combined with his understanding of advanced tax strategies and asset protection — has truly put my family in a stronger, more secure position. Devin and his team are patient, professional, and consistently go above and beyond. I trust them completely and plan to continue working with them for many years to come. If you’re looking for an attorney who not only knows the law but truly cares about helping you protect and grow your legacy, I highly recommend Devin O’Donnell and the team at O’Donnell Grubb, PLLC. They’ll give you the peace of mind and confidence that your family and assets are well taken care of.

I work with Devin and he has been nothing short of amazing in handling a wide range of legal issues for me. He is fast, responsive and always goes beyond what I request to give me what I really need. I have worked with innumerable lawyers across the gambit of specialties and Devin is by far one the best I have ever been fortunate enough to engage.

I've been working with Devin & team over the last few months for the purpose of Business LLC creation, commercial lease review, franchise disclosure document review, and commercial real estate laws. In addition, overall guidance around business entities, formations, and other legal questions that come up that require legal expertise. As most of these items require timely responses, Devin has delivered both professionalism and feedback on both initial requests and thoughtful responses mirroring my own sense of urgency. Devin has taken the time to understand my thought process and provide cost effective options that allow me to determine the best course of action moving forward, pressure free. The team responded almost immediately to my inquiry when I reached out via their website to inquire further and set up my initial discovery call within the same week. The O'Donnel Grubb team has been tremendous as a partner and as this is my first time creating an LLC and starting a business, their guidance along the way has provided confidence reassurance as to the impactful decisions being made.
