My husband and I recently worked with Andrew and his team to create our family trust, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand, including how our trust would work and the specific laws in Louisiana that applied to us. We never felt rushed, and he patiently answered every question we had. He truly went above and beyond what we expected from an attorney to make sure we understood our options and that everything was handled properly for our family. What impressed us most was how comfortable he made the entire process. Estate planning can feel overwhelming and intimidating, but meeting with him felt more like sitting around our own kitchen table having a conversation with someone we trusted. He genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of, not simply completing paperwork. We left feeling informed, confident, and very grateful that we chose him and his team at Oak Grove to help us with something so important to our family. We would highly recommend him, and have already multiple times, to anyone looking for an attorney who is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also personable, patient, and truly cares about his clients. Thanks Andrew and the Oak Grove team for making us feel secure in the future of our family!!! Ed and Tracy Godeaux

The entire process at Oak Grove was perfect. They analyzed our estate planning needs and customized a series of trusts that properly provides for my family's future needs. Andrew has a great team and we really are comfortable they thoroughly educated us and then helped us implement the proper plan. I'm very satisfied with everything.

Meeting with Andrew and the Oak Grove team to get our estate planning in place was truly a gift. From the moment we walked in, everyone we worked with was kind, welcoming, and organized. The entire process felt clear, calm, and manageable — which is not something I ever expected to say about estate planning. Knowing that our wishes are documented and that our kids and family will have clarity and direction if something were to happen to us brings such peace of mind. Andrew handled every detail with care and compassion, and we left feeling confident, relieved, and grateful. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate planning attorney who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

I've just had my will updated and have to share with anyone interest ed in doing the same about my experience with the process. At the start it seems to daunting but with the time, patience and help of Andrew Mims and Shelly Stelly, I got it done. They were so patient with the times I needed to update one thing or another and got it done for me so in the end, my will is EXACTLY as I wanted it to be done. They went out of their way to accommodate me which was so greatly appreciated. Their patience, and obvious skills in the process was very evident. I highly recommend Oak Grove Estate Planning as well as Andrew and his team who helped me. I'm sure any others working there are as experienced and skilled as they are. If you are considering writing or amending your will, I highly recommend them and I assure you, IF I didn't feel this way, I would make that very clear and give reasons for it.

I was under the impression that a will in Louisiana was sufficient to address one’s estate. Boy, was I wrong!! Andrew and his knowledgeable staff got our business situated and provided us peace of mind knowing that our wishes will be taken care of.
