We cannot express enough how grateful we are to Terri and Jackie for their unwavering support during the adoption of our son. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Adoption can be a challenging and emotional journey, and we encountered several speed bumps along the way. But with their assistance, we were able to navigate each one with confidence. Terri and Jackie were always quick to respond to our questions, providing thorough and thoughtful answers. They made sure we not only felt confident in our decisions but also that every concern we had was addressed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and were committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Their expertise and dedication truly made a difference in our journey, and we are so thankful for everything they did to make the process smoother. If you're looking for a team that is both professional and compassionate, we highly recommend Terri, Jackie, and the entire Odom-Saska Team!

Others gave good reviews, but attempting to work with Ms. Odom delayed my husband's adoption of my daughter for months due to her lack of communication. Ultimately, she simply said she was too busy, which she could have stated upfront.

10/10 Highly recommend!!! I was referred to this office by another attorney who was unavailable to assist me at the time. I was a little concerned because I knew that attorney's reputation but knew nothing about Terri Odom. Terri Odom and her outstanding team, especially Jackie Scott, made our adoption seamless. I consulted with Terri late last year and was unsure about adopting because of some complexities involving DCFS and the child's mother. I waited a few months and reached back out to Terri. By this time we were free and clear of DCFS because we were granted legal guardianship from them. Once Terri heard back from me, she immediately told me what to expect and was up front about the things she could not guarantee. I was grateful that she was still willing to proceed with my adoption. With only a few months to spare before the child turned 18, I was a bit nervous, but Jackie was there, walking me through every step. She was even able to point me in the direction to obtain the things/services I needed that their office was not responsible for doing. It is because of them that we were able to finalize our adoption two and a half weeks before the child turned 18! Even in moments of uncertainty, both Terri and Jackie were so confident that I became certain that everything would work out. Their team has been doing this for years, and it shows through their competence, confidence, and relationships they have built in the surrounding areas. Their customer service is unmatched! In my experience with attorneys, they are usually hands off, and you hear from them every now and then. Terri Odom's office staff kept me informed. Jackie, Terri, and I stayed in contact so much that it feels like they're a member of our family now. Neither of them were rude, nonchalant, or disrespectful at any time during the process. In fact, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with their services. For example, Terri communicated with me even though she was undergoing surgery. Who does that?! Only someone who is passionate about what they do. I am so grateful for the experience I have had with this office. If you're looking to adopt, consider them.
