I have filed multiple complaints about a field officer analyst at the 3401 N Blvd Alexandria Louisiana location. She has violated my 4yr old privacy and HIPPA rights by discussing her file with an individual that does not have anything to do with my daughter financially. Mable Williams has also made false allegations against me about Harassment and had the warrant sent to my mother's address that she obtained off my daughter SSI application. This is abusing her position because she has been there 20 plus years she criminally erased my daughter's file to cover up where she got the address I am again faxing my evidence. Maybevrhus time the IGO will do something about her if y'all would have took me seriously in March then my daughter would not be going thru this!

This office is a Joke. Especially since speaking with the individual who just called me. Your website clearly stated if you have a complaint about a prison or issue to file a complaint through them. However after being told to "slow down" and how this is supposed to be handled by the D.O.C which is clearly stated in my complaint no one is answering the phone. Yet you want me to continue to call a number that no one answers. You have guard's sleeping on there shifts. You have inmates laying on the floor trying to get some type of air. No one is excusing anyone's behavior which landed them in this situation. However they aren't animals and should be treated a lot better. These people don't know how to handle they're extradited parolees. Allowing someone to just sit there a rot away. That's why there is an investigation going on with the LDOC! Backwards mentally and I hope that Washington steps in a wipes out the infection of a system.
