I would give this law firm 0 stars if that was possible. If you want to spend a lot of money and get nowhere, hire someone from Offit Kurman--otherwise, stay away from them. Here is our experience: My father, now deceased, hired a attorney from this firm and after a while the Offit Kurman attorney stopped answering all calls and he lost key documents related to my Dad's estate. We then hired another lawyer from Offit Kurman, Meghan McCulloch. We hired a second person from Offit Kurman in the hope that they would be able to recover some or all of the missing documents. Like the previous lawyer from Offit Kurman, Meghan now does not answer all calls, texts, or emails. We are just trying to get updates on where matters stand with the appointment of a personal representative for my Dad's will , along with a few other questions related to his estate.

In August 2019, Offit Kurman filed a Failure to Pay Rent case against me while I was living at I-CLUB Apartments. They did this without checking the facts. It turned out to be a mistake, and the case was dismissed within two days by them. But by then, the damage was already done my name and information were added to the Maryland Judicial Case Search. The apartment manager later apologized, but the law firm said they were just acting on behalf of the apartment. Still, how can a law firm file something in court without any proof? If the case hadn’t been dismissed, how would they have supported it? Law firms should take the time to review and verify the details before filing a case. Taking someone to court without checking the facts is careless and unfair.

Leticia is very rude and unprofessional. Not a lawyer that I would want representing my interests.
