We've tried to reach this office multiple times now as they mistakingly sent us an entire box full of legal documents belonging to another company with a similar name. It would have taken 5 minutes of research to figure that out before they paid to color print and certify mail that package of someone else's legal documents to my home. My husband who has no affiliation with my company, was the one who got the text alert to the package being delivered and when we call all we get is "That doesn't have anything to do with me, I can ask them to call you again but..." No on has called. The emails bounce back. When I pay for attorneys, I expect at least a little due diligence to come with those credentials and services we pay for. I'd also expect that if an error like this was made, a timely response to those concerns would be appropriate.
