We are very grateful with Pelton & Balducci for all of their time, knowledge and care that they gave us throughout our whole case. Mrs. Pelton was the best choice we couldve made to handle my husbands process. She was very attentive from start to finish. Especially when we had to leave for the consular appointment. Very professional & organized.

I highly recommend Pelton + Balducci. They are extremely professional and provided excellent support throughout my case. I had my first meeting with them in late July 2025, submitted my I-130 application by early October, and received my Green Card by April 2026. Their guidance made the entire process smooth and significantly less stressful. The office staff were also very helpful, kind, and responsive. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and assistance at every step.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pelton + Balducci! Carol Pelton and her team worked diligently and patiently to assist me and my elderly father with his immigration petition under very challenging circumstances. Carol was always responsive, provided thoughtful professional counsel, and showed personal care that helped me maintain hope and confidence throughout the long immigration process. The entire team provided excellent service, and I plan on working with them again for all of my future immigration needs. Their work in helping reunify families truly changes lives for the better, and I’m deeply grateful to have this firm in our city.
