I had a great experience with PGP Inc. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled the right way.

I will say normally the PGP officers that come on the property where I work are usually very observant. Today I was informed of a homeless man sleeping in the front of the property and as PGP drove in, the officer slowed down to looked and drove off without addressing the situation or informing security officers on site. Very unprofessional.

Ive taken Mister Byron's recertification class twice now and every time it a wonderful experience. He goes over everything you need to know plus things that aren't included in the curriculum but can be helpful on the job. 100 percent recommend!
