Bottom Line Up Front: Rain Minns is great attorney. When you need a lawyer, you need someone who you can trust. And that is extremely hard to find. Let me say that again: it is extremely hard to find a trustworthy attorney. I was a victim of fraud and sought out the advice of many Austin-area attorneys. Let’s just say I had some very bad experiences with 95% of the attorneys I dealt with. But Rain Minns was different. She actually did care about my case. She spoke to me at length to better understand the issue, but more importantly- she listened to what I had to say. I could sense her passion for what she did. Rain had valuable, sincere advice that I knew I could trust. She wasn’t just trying to make money off me, she was trying to help me. And after everything I had been through, I really appreciated that. Rain clearly cares about what she does. While of course she is isn’t a pro bono attorney, it was very obvious to me that Rain is passionate about helping victims of fraud to seek the justice they deserve. She’s not only about money; she’s about principle. Rain cares about doing what is right, rather than just doing what is profitable or convenient. Not only that, but her staffing team is great and a pleasure to interact with. I hope I never get defrauded again, but if I do, Rain Minns is unquestionably the first person I will call. I highly recommend Rain Minns to anyone needing an attorney in her multiple areas of legal expertise.

I was referred by attorney Paul J Smith to Raine Minns law firm. After my initial call, Raine called me for 40 mts for 2 days and said she will take my case and asked for specific court documents to be uploaded to a link that her assistant sends ( this is even before she signed up as my lawyer and even before I paid for the lawyer) I asked her to send me link for payment and file as my lawyer. She hesitated, but wanted my sealed court records. When i asked her to file as my lawyer so i can send the documents, again there was hesitation. It is wrong to insist on getting a email copy of sealed confidential documents from me when they dont want to file as my lawyer.

I have the pleasure of working with Rain and I couldn't be more impressed. Rain is keeping me informed every step of the way and made sure that I fully understood my legal options and the potential outcomes of my case. She is able to quickly identify key issues in my case and develop a winning strategy that could lead to a favourable outcome. Rain Minns Law firm is a blessing and has helped me to overcome my hopeless days! So grateful!

My interaction with the law firm was cordial and pleasant enough. The women seemed professional and well informed. I initially reached out to inquire about a quote and several months later after gaining the funds I reached back out to her office and left a message. She then called back out that day at 6:25 which I missed. She then reached back out to me on Tuesday at 5:30 while I was making dinner. The voicemail I received was this. (Forgive the inconsistencies it was translated from voicemail. ) If you wish the read on please do, but basically she prefers working with someone who is more persistent which is of course her choice, but it is also my choice to express my feeling. I feel disrespected. Hi , this is Raymond Jito . I had called earlier . I was making another call . And Try to reach you what I think I'm gonna do at I Dad returned your call Friday haven't heard back from you On a new business, I usually like it if someone's Pretty persistent about Just staying at top priority , so I'm thinking that I may refer you back And see if they can set you up and get you a new referral Anyway, I wish you all the best and I would say if you don't hear from them in a few weeks, I would call the lawyer referral service and Just follow up Take care bye…

I am most appreciative of Rain. I am in Australia and couldn't find a lawyer in Texas to help with our case. Most law firms dismissed us considering the size of the case. However, Rain and her team were there to hear us out and genuinely care. Justice and protecting their people is in their blood. I couldn't ask for more and am very grateful. Thank you Rain, John and Michelle.
