Tried to use a digital coupon at 7-Eleven. It didn’t work. I called and got a real coupon. I got another digital coupon. Again, it didn’t work. They wouldn’t give me another real coupon because I just got a real coupon. It’s not my fault your digital coupon doesn’t work at major stores. You should fix your system. I told 7-Eleven also. I no longer trust your digital coupons or your company.

I placed an order for Vuse Alto. The site stated 3-5 business days, as did their confirmation email. I called and spoke to a representative and then a supervisor. The supervisor said she would escalate to a manager and potentially have my order sent and money refunded for having to wait. She also said she would send me a tracking number. I haven't received a tracking number and called back 9 days later and they still said my order hasn't been shipped yet and they won't refund my money. This is theft! They have taken my money and not delivered the items I purchased on time, as promised. I will discontinue use of all Reynolds American Inc products as the company's consumer service is by far the worst experience I've encountered to date. I highly recommend not purchasing from their online store, unless you are prepared to wait and be given empty promises.

I'm still trying to understand why Reynolds of all companies are among those funding the destruction of the White House. Make it make sense.

I just want to say that even though all of us that smoke always knew it was bad for us and could have quit at any time. I really miss "Joe Camel and the Gang". i recently found an old catalog and about 2500 camel bucks. sure wish I could spend the ones I have.

Didn't exactly visit the building as a whole so it would be unfair to give a 5 star rating. The building, or what I saw of it was nice, clean and somewhat historical.
