I hired and paid in full in 2023 for Spears to represent my son and paid an additional amount for him to represent my husband’s case. He has done nothing on either case as of 4/10/2026. He only speaks to me through a third party. I have never in my life ever dealt with a professional so unprofessional! The lack of communication, the lies, the breach of Attorney-Client Confidentiality it’s ridiculous!! Spend your money with someone who will actually show up and fight for your loved ones and family members. 0 out of 10 I do NOT recommend!!!

Hired and paid Mr. Spears in full to represent my father and was told upon paying that he would have us in trial within 6 months and released in a year. Well let’s just say it’s been close to 2 years and I barely hear anything from him and even when calling his office no calls are returned. I’ve received multiple messages about people “calling him” so to reach out to his office or email. Yet you don’t get a response. Of course any lawyer is busy, but I would refrain from making promises that aren’t being kept. No updates, no communication, etc. I would not waste my time again. At this point you can’t even contact the office or anything because the calls don’t go through.

I was sentenced to serve 2, 30 year sentences. Mr.Richard Spears promised results and got them I was released with no probation or parole. He is an excellent lawyer and yes if course he's busy but I guarantee he will give you awesome results. Be patient every good lawyer is busy but if he says he can handle your case believe me he will do his absolute best to give the greatest outcome. Thank you so much MR.SPears you are an amazing lawyer and I'm forever grateful for helping me and getting me back home to my family!
