I cannot say enough good things about my husband’s attorney and the firm. After his injury our lives were turned upside down, and we were facing a lot of uncertainty about the future and how our family would be taken care of. From the very beginning, our attorney treated us with respect, compassion, and honesty. What truly stood out was how much they genuinely cared about our livelihood—not just the case itself, but making sure that our family would be taken care of long-term. They fought hard for us every step of the way and always made sure we understood the process. We never felt like just another case; we felt like we mattered. Their dedication, knowledge, and commitment made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Because of their hard work, we now have peace of mind knowing our future—and our children’s future—is secure. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone needing an attorney who will truly look out for your best interests.

First ill start off with I was scared to hire a attorney when I was injured. Patrick came and talked to me and family and never pressured us. When I decided to hire a attorney I called ROME ARATA and BAXLEY. im hard to deal with i was scared and all the fear in the world was in me. Corey was the attorney over my case and treated me like family called to checl on me out of the blue even on weekend. I fought alot of personal battles as my case was going on and the whole firm was there for me and my family. I know I was the best client because of how hard I am to deal with but they never turned there backs on me. Jennifer and Vicky in the office always took time to talk to me and check on me just like Corey. From the top to the bottom they works long hours on my case and I will tell yall they worked on stuff for me even after my cade was settled with meant alot helping me and my wife deal with things. If anyone needs a attorney dont wait call them let them take care of you and your family like they did for me and my family.

I was in a grade crossing accident as a conductor. I was injured and out of work. Bristol Baxley represented me and I could not be happier with result. He fought tirelessly to get my family the proper compensation! Would recommend 10/10 times.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Rome, Arata, and Baxley law firm. Bristol Baxley and the team ( Jennifer, Vicci, Patrick and Corey ) were professional, patient, and truly dedicated to my case. They took the time to make sure I understood everything thoroughly, which made me felt comfortable and confident. It's not too often that I give five star reviews, but they deserved it! I highly recommend them. Team BB for the win!

Rome Arata and Baxley LLC are the best in the industry. Mr Baxley and his team are extremely knowledgeable with railroad and person injury cases. There’s nobody else I’d hire and I’ll recommend anyone to hire them. I’d also like to thank Corey Kronzer and Amanda Sandoval for all of your help.
