Expect a mediocre valuation at best. Likely paid to come in low by the acquiring company. Interesting that my RSUs, previously valued at $28/share, then later $11.80, were only worth $1 at the time our company was acquired. Seems like a conveniently low and exact number

I'm just a lowly shareholder of a company that was bought out. SRS handled the deal......got a letter on the mail saying yo contact them through email or mail to receive our funds....did everything they told us to....called the company, spoke to Lindsey, sent an email with pictures of the filled out documents.....called today...to follow up since it's been over three months. The money has been sent to the state as abandoned property. They couldn't be bothered with the follow up. It was easier to dump the money than to disburse it. Do your shareholders a favor and go elsewhere.

Awful service, so many complaints from payment recipients — it has been 3 months since payments were supposed to be made and we are all frustrated. Their excuse was that they are double checking the numbers. After receiving a shoddy spreadsheet with false numbers they have no more excuses.

Worst corporate action experience ever. I doubt these people have a clue about how to run a business like this.

Easy to work with, prompt payment, and customer service is great
