I had an outstanding experience working with TWG on the preparation and revision of my 2025 tax return. Ramon-Shane was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain important items clearly, ensured everything was accurate, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated the level of care, expertise, and professionalism provided. I highly recommend TWG to anyone seeking reliable and high-quality tax and financial services. Barbara Walker

We were left in the dark too much. Not enough guidance. Then our attorney told us we couldn't go Chapter 7 and had to do 13 he didn't ask any questions and assumed that was the way it need to be. And sent us bill for discussing it with us. So when I questioned why and why the more $$ he got a little hostile and said somewhat yelling at me "Because you make too much money" ... Well, we don't make any money and that is why we are bankrupt. I had to explain a lot that he should have already have known. We had 3 very successful businesses. My husband was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in August and I have a serious heart condition. We had no choice but to stop the businesses. We were fine until August of last year and then everything had to stop. Our attorney should have known that before he treated us like we were trying to get away with something. Not happy about an additional bill of $865.11. We were told that when we paid our initial payment there shouldn't be anymore charges. So when we got the bill I asked why and what it was for. I was told that he had to explain to the court why we can file 7 and not 13. He should have know that. We shouldn't have to pay extra (Esp that much) because he didn't know what he was doing. I am very disappointed in your service. During our hearing our attorney just sat there. We didn't understand some of the questions and he just sat there and let us squirm. We also thought we were hiring a Dublin, OH firm. That was deceiving. We have since found that we could have hired other attnys cheaper. Live and learn. Thank God we will never have to go down this unfortunate path again thank goodness. Very disappointed. Regards Leslie and Alan Perkins

I reached out and had a consultation with Matt at TWG. He was honest and straight forward. After reviewing my situation he honestly said there was not much they could do for me, the cost benefit wasn't warranted. Other firms were not that honest, and wanted to take me on a ride $$$. You want a firm like TWG for consultation. Thanks Matt! P.S. - I highly recommend you reach out to TWG.
