The office representative seemed nice, but the law office ultimately did not want to hear the details of my case nor offer the free consultation. This was after I submitted what they requested including some sensitive information. Their website shows they are involved in matters such as mine, but they said they do not handle 'HOA disputes' and then left it that except for one last effort of disrespect, they had their office lackey refer me to Southeast Legal Services, which states free legal aid for low income people. Terrible people offered a disappointing experience.

My experience with The Cross Law Firm was great! Both Heather and Nastassia were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the either process. They kept me informed and were very supportive. Although the process was lengthy, they remained patient and diligent. They made sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. They truly put the client first. They treated me like family. I would definitely refer anyone looking for representation to this Law Firm.
