My experience with G. Carter Law Firm was outstanding. He shows up to every motion and trial prepared and ready to fight. From the outside you hear about the wins, but on the inside you see the dedication—it’s all about getting clients back home to their families & im blessed to say this was accomplished with 7 not guilty verdicts He may seem calm at first, but in court, he’s a beast. You definitely get your money’s worth. Special shoutout to Ms. Stacy, who guided me every step of the way and supported me through tough times. This is a team that truly fights for you as if their freedom depend on it I highly recommend the G Carter Law Firm

Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated when contacting your business. We are new prospective clients who were interested in retaining your services, yet our experience with your secretary was discourteous, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After our initial call was sent to voicemail, the secretary returned our call. We were simply trying to obtain the business address so we could determine the distance and plan our visit. Instead of receiving basic assistance, she acted as though she had complete control over whether we could schedule an appointment, repeatedly emphasizing that she was the only person who handled scheduling and that we would have to wait until she was ready. Her attitude and manner of communication came across as unnecessarily confrontational, dismissive, and unprofessional. Frankly, the way she conducted herself was giving off a stereotypical, “ghetto” attitude rather than the professional demeanor one would expect from someone representing a business. I am describing her behavior, not making a statement about her race or identity. We were interested in supporting a Black-owned business and were prepared to discuss paying a retainer for the services we needed. We approached your business in good faith, especially while already navigating a difficult personal situation, only to feel disrespected when we were attempting to become paying clients. Customer service should never make prospective clients feel belittled, unwelcome, or as though they are asking for a favor simply by requesting basic business information. There is a difference between maintaining a scheduling policy and speaking to potential customers in a condescending or dismissive manner. I have a recording of the call documenting the interaction. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with management about what occurred. I strongly encourage management to review the situation and consider whether additional customer service training is needed. This interaction may have cost your business a client who was willing to invest in your services. We reached out expecting professionalism, courtesy, and respect, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I am formally requesting a response from management regarding this incident. We deserve to have our concerns heard and addressed appropriately.

The The G. Carter Law Firm, LLC is truly exceptional. My husband and I were overwhelmed and afraid for his future when he was facing six serious felony charges which included domestic abuse battery with serious bodily injury, cruelty to the infirm, domestic abuse by strangulation, aggravated assault with a firearm, and illegal use of a weapon. From the very beginning, Mr. Carter treated my husband with dignity, respect, and absolutely no judgment. He took the time to listen, understand, and approach the case with both compassion and professionalism. His commitment to justice was evident every step of the way. Mr. Carter and his team thoroughly reviewed every piece of evidence, leaving no stone unturned. Through their diligence, they exposed false allegations and revealed serious flaws in the investigation that led to these charges. I would also like to recognize Ms. Stacie. Even before the firm was retained, she believed in my husband’s innocence. Once on the case, she worked tirelessly as she carefully reviewed evidence and advocating for the truth. Her compassion and dedication meant more to our family than words can express. Because of Mr. Carter and Ms. Stacie, my husband will be able to get our life back on track. That is something we will never take for granted. This firm is truly doing God’s work and I am forever grateful and pray for continued blessings over everyone at The G. Carter Law Firm.

My experience with the law firm was truly an experience just it ,being my first time even experiencing or being in this type of position to even need a lawyer needless to say, Mr. Carter, as well as his secretary, Miss Stacy were truly helpful and compassionate about what I was going through and was eager to help me and my son with the situation. Me and my son are truly blessed to have picked and work with this firm. They put my mind at ease many of days and insured me that everything would be OK and it was. GOD BLESS THEM .
