Google listing: The Griffin Law Firm, PLLC, 999 Waterside Dr #2525, Norfolk, VA 23510, USA

I cannot say enough good things about Griffin Law Firm. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Trevor Soderholm was consistently responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough in every interaction. His communication was always timely and clear, which made a complex and often stressful process feel much more manageable. At no point did I feel like just another case. He made it clear that I was a valued client and that my situation truly mattered to them. What stood out most was his level of commitment. It was evident throughout that he was fully invested and willing to go to bat on my behalf. That kind of advocacy and attention to detail is rare, and it made all the difference. I had similar postive experiencers with Marshall (who was so transparent throughout) and one of the paralegals, Breanna. If you’re looking for a firm that combines expertise and genuine client care, I would highly recommend Griffin Law Firm without hesitation.

Katie and Marshall were exceptional attorneys. I was facing very difficult leadership in the military and they achieved exactly what I needed. The process was extremely stressful, and I could not have gotten through it without them by my side. Thanks to this firm, I’m retiring and finally leaving a toxic work environment. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Truly amazing. I had given up all hope of ever getting my discharge fixed, after being discharged in 2009 with an OTH. I was led to Trevor and Marshall but a literal God send. With the help of this firm, I was able to get my records and info in order, and navigate the technical things and was actually given a full honorable discharge. If you're looking for assistance with the naval discharge review board, or any review board, look no further.

Marshall and the team are incredible… when you think you’ve got nobody on your side and the walls are closing in, Marshall and his team will swoop in and start getting you some fair treatment and due process. I highly recommend this legal team for anyone going through a painful military justice experience. They’ll improve your quality of life immediately!

I cannot recommend Marshall Griffin highly enough. From the very beginning, he demonstrated an exceptional level of passion, professionalism, and dedication to advocating on my behalf. He took the time to clearly explain every option available to me in a way that was easy to understand, even when navigating complex and high-stakes circumstances. What truly set him apart was his commitment to ensuring I felt informed, supported, and confident at every step of the process. He was thorough, responsive, and strategic, always focused on achieving the best possible outcome. Because of his expertise and tireless advocacy, I was able to successfully retire and retain my earned benefits—an outcome that would not have been possible without his guidance. His deep understanding of the military justice system process, combined with his genuine care for his clients, made a difficult situation far more manageable. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only highly competent but also truly invested in supporting and guiding you through challenging moments, I would recommend him without hesitation.
