This whole process was overwhelming, and I’ll be honest… there were moments I wasn’t even fully put together. Megan was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel judged, and Adam was the same way. That kind of understanding and consideration goes a long way when you’re already under a lot of stress, and I truly appreciated it.
Trying to juggle real life on top of legal issues wasn’t easy, but Adam and his team never gave up on me. They kept me accountable, level-headed, and focused on the bigger picture while always looking out for my best interests. I learned more about myself through this process than I ever expected, and that perspective will stay with me moving forward.
Lastly, big shoutout again to Megan Drost (paralegal). She is very dependable, thorough, and always on top of things. She made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I had a car accident in the Fall of 2024 (not-at-fault) with my 2 daughters. The insurance process did not start out the best. It was stressful and aggravating. I immediately Googled lawyers and Cooper Fournet came up (he was at another firm at the time). I called him, honestly just to seek any kind of advice, and immediately knew I made the right call when he started talking about the process. Not once did I feel belittled, uncared for or just "another client" (his first question was "Are you okay?" and that meant the world to me) - and that was before I even signed the papers to have him and his team represent me. He immediately took over, and I trusted him and his team. Cooper really took the time to understand what was going on, understand my injuries and create a game plan.
Between Cooper, Paige and Christien there was constant communication and check-ins. They genuinely cared about my condition, progress with doctors/PT and how my girls were post-accident. Anytime I needed to go to the firm, they greeted me with a smile, and I never felt less-than. There were laughs between the serious conversations, and I feel like that made the process a little easier to go through. They negotiated beautifully with the insurance company and made sure that everything was taken care of as it should be. They kept me up-to-date with every communication and I didn't feel out of the loop at all.
