I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Stephen Gaubert on reviewing and revising a construction contract for my business. Although his primary practice is family law, Stephen’s attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to identify potential issues in the agreement were outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain his recommendations, ensuring I understood both the legal implications and practical considerations of the contract. His revisions strengthened the agreement and gave me greater confidence moving forward. Stephen was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a diligent attorney who genuinely cares about protecting his clients’ interests

During what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging times of my life, Stephen Gaubert proved to be an invaluable support. Stephen was thorough, making sure I understood what I needed to get through my step father's succession to make sure my mom was taken care of. His genuine care and empathy made a significant difference in my experience. Stephen's professionalism and timely communication helped alleviate my stress in this emotional process. I am deeply grateful for his service and highly recommend him to anyone facing similar circumstances.

My first impression of the Gaubert Law Office was, in one word, professional. Zachary, the paralegal, did a very thorough intake and Stephen Gaubert called me the following morning before starting his work day. He offered me free guidance over the phone and advised me of my options. He conveyed a genuine interest in my case regarding my parent with Alzheimer’s Disease. He navigated me to a sound solution with clear steps to take in order to reach my goal for her well being. Best of all, he offered an alternate, less confrontational approach with the other party. His knowledge of Elder Law is expansive. My session was followed up with an email informing me of a timeframe, process, and the cost involved to help me reach a decision. I felt a huge relief after our consultation and would highly recommend him for any of the many areas of law of which he practices.

What an awesome experience working with Mr. Gaubert! I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, exceptionably honest and warmly personable. His attentiveness to the objectives that I wanted to accomplish was matched with his patience in explaining everything to me until I understood it completely. He not only listened to the information that I disclosed to him regarding my situation, he used that information to anticipate further issues possibly arising that I needed to consider while making my decisions. It is obvious to me that he doesn’t just process his clients’ paperwork, he really cares about them. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal counsel in any of the areas of law that he practices. I am grateful to have found him!
