My husband filed for Social Security Disability benefits and was denied. He hired Benjamin Misko to file the paperwork for his redetermination. All of our dealings with the law office of Benjamin Misko was always productive. The staff, Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Mable, were always easy to deal with and were always cheerful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Mr. Misko, Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Mable my husband was approved.

Don’t hesitate- just hire them! What no one talks about…the loss of dignity after working your entire life and then having to fight for what you paid into the system for. The team at Benjamin Misko held my hand through all of it. Sometimes a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and tough love when I needed it. They worked diligently on my very complex case, which wasn’t a sure winner, because they believed in it. The key is to TRUST and follow their recommendations because they know the system! They will answer all of your whys. It was a long road, but in the end, they got ALL of it back for me. Not just a win, but all the back pay, the Medicare. But most of all, they gave me back my dignity and my ability to contribute to my family again. There aren’t enough words thanks in the world, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you Ms. Mable, Aaron, Ben & Tiffany. God bless. #InHISTime
