I would like to say that I am extremely impressed with Mr. Small. He was not able to help me with my particular issue, but the man actually called me himself and gave it to me straight. No go-between, no mincing of words, showed me respect and inspired me to respect him. I have followed this man's career for nearly 30 years and have always been impressed with what I saw/heard of him. He tells it like it is and will fight for the best interest of his clients. After speaking to him on the phone, if possible I am even more impressed. If you have need of a criminal defense attorney in this area, Mr. Mike Small should be at the top of your list. I wish you godspeed Mr. Small for hopefully many more years of doing what you do so well. Thank you.

“I have been retained to represent Tina Frey who along with her daughter, Victoria Brimer, was recently arrested and charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals. (Ms. Brimer is represented by Attorney Brad Drell with the local Gold Weems firm). The case has generated significant public interest largely because of video footage widely disseminated by way of social media and various news outlets. After reviewing the facts of this case, including but not limited to the video, I am confident of my client’s innocence and remain hopeful that a careful analysis of all those facts will result in a prosecutorial decision not to file formal charges. Should such charges be filed my client will enter a plea of not guilty and I will look forward to presenting all relevant evidence to a fair minded jury after which I am confident that my client, as well as her daughter, will be fully vindicated.” Mike Small, defense attorney for Tina Frey Everyone who knows about Cypress Arrow has seen the videos. And if they don't, they do now.
