The mediators at Prism Group are profoundly knowledgeable and do an excellent job making sure both sides are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of their claims so they can negotiate the best outcome for their respective clients.

The fact that Prism provided/provides competent and compassionate translator(s), like Maria, speaks to what Prism is all about. Maria helped explain the nuances, intricacies and strategies of the subject case in a way that I had not been able to achieve given the language and education barrier. As a result, my client(s) (and his spouse) was/were afforded the opportunity to be heard, and to have their questions answered in their first language. In my opinion, translators (such as Maria) personify what Prism Mediation does...Prism affords the opportunity for people to be heard so that amicable resolution is even possible. Alan, Sean and the other mediators/staff are top notch.

The services and hospitality were beyond measure! From the complimentary food and beverages, to the amenities, to Alan's professionalism and attention to the process and the clients... we were treated like royalty here. Hard decisions were made so much easier under Alan's care.
