As a property manager, I think it is a complete scam to require an employee to pay $65 just for someone to say, "yes this person works here." Any employer using this system is doing a huge disservice to their employees. Shame on you CVS!

Their one job was to provide employment verification, and they couldn't do that within weeks of effort. Also: very sketchy, insecure website for entering SSN and personal details.

You would only use this company for employment verification services if you hate your employees, they charge potential future employers solely wanting verification $60. Completely ridiculous.

This company is a scam. I needed employment verification for an apartment because my current company uses Thomas and co so I had no choice, they made me jump through hoops to try and get the verification. After numerous calls they informed me they wanted to charge my new leasing company for my verification and didn’t tell me that up front. I ended up losing the apartment to another client due to their lack of transparency and ease.

This company is a joke, not sure if they hire teenagers to do employment verification or what. Have sent request from federal student aid about 20x and been in contact via phone and email and still nothing. Their employees seem rather incompetent and I plan on filing complaints anywhere and everywhere I can on this company. I only needed 2 years of employment verified from 2009-2011 and sent them the request from the federal government and they couldn’t get it done. Their employees seem too incompetent to understand the form has all of my info because it is from the government. Last request from this company was a payroll document from me, if I had that I would send that to fsa and wouldn’t need their nonsense. Why would I have a W-2 from 15 years ago? I’m not sure if the company has poor leadership or is fraudulent but something isn’t right!!
