My husband is a patient at a TLC Management facility in Wesley Chapel, Florida by the name of Blue Heron. That is the worst run facility I have ever seen. The patient care is horrible. The staff is rude. They don't tell the patient or family anything. When you call to talk to someone they hang up on you. My pets get better care at their vet then my husband has gotten in this place. He has been there since the 7th of June and has seen a doctor one time. They keep drawing his blood and never say anything to him about the results. He had to give a stool specimen recently and again no one informed him of his results. Someone really does need to look into the way this facility is being managed. He gets physical therapy each day and never has the same therapist. How is that any kind of consistency. If this facility truly cared about their patients they would be doing things a lot different.

Mason Health and Rehab Center in Warsaw is part of the TLC family of nursing homes. My father in law spent a few weeks at Mason getting rehab. He received great care at Mason and excellent Therapy. I have worked in healthcare for almost 20 years and know good care when I see it. Great job Mason Health and Rehab and TLC Management for helping my father in law return home after his medical issues.

As a long time employee and a customer of TLC I give this company a 5 Star rating! My Father was well taken care of at Ashton Creek after his surgery. The Therapy Dept worked hard to get him home fast! The staff is approachable for questions and tries hard to please.

Wife in residence after fall. Cna's are great. Nursing staff not so great, Some are very efficient, some are just plain STUPID. Local management Bethel Point is just plain Stupid, based on their lack of people skills. (I believe this is due to the pressure from above) Lack of knowledge of Medicare rules, insurance procedures, and cavalier attitudes. Not at all friendly, most are downright "intimidating" they think. Never again will they see another nickel from me.

My father-in-law was in Colonial Oaks, a TLC facility, after a work accident for a couple of months. He was very well cared for, friendly staff all around. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will always use a TLC facility for my family.
