I highly recommend the firm of Waitz & Downer for all of your legal needs. The attorneys are very professional, very knowledgeable, of the utmost honesty and integrity and are well respected in the community and in the legal field. The staff is well trained, capable and courteous. The needs of their clients always come first, and they have been very successful in handling their clients' cases. I know this because I had the privilege of working for the firm for many many years, in addition to knowing the attorneys and staff on a personal level. If you need the services of an attorney, call them. You will not regret your decision.

Waitz and Downer has handled legal affairs for my family for years. My daughter was involved in a head on collision with a drunk driver. The insurance company did not want to pay for my daughter to purchase a new car, hers was totaled. Waitz and Downer handled the matter very professionally and things were settled very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a personal injury attorney.
