Compassion, Integrity, and a Genuine Commitment to Justice Let's face it, attorneys don't always have the best reputation. We often hear stories about lawyers being dishonest, deceptive, or more concerned about money than the people they represent. But I can confidently say that Williams Hart & Boundas is the complete opposite. I've had the privilege of working with this law firm for several years, and throughout that time, they have shown me nothing but compassion, honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. What makes Williams Hart & Boundas so special is that they don't just see you as another case or another client. They see you as a human being. They understand that behind every case is a real person going through real challenges, often during some of the most difficult moments of their life. I've had hard conversations with this team. I've experienced uncertainty, frustration, and emotional moments along the way. And through it all, they have remained patient, supportive, transparent, and understanding. They have never made me feel like I was just a number. They genuinely want justice for their clients, but what I respect most is that they pursue it with integrity. They are honest, even when the conversations aren't easy, and they never lose sight of the people they are fighting for. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Gabby! Gabby has been with me since day one, and I cannot express how much that means to me. Through the years, the conversations, the questions, and the difficult moments, she has been a consistent source of kindness, patience, and support. In CWA District 6, we value our continued partnership with Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP! Their dedication to serving our members is such that we have integrated a presentation of their Rapid Response Program (given by Eloy Gaiten) into our yearly district conference. We want our union members to know that they have access to such an incredible resource, especially in an emergency. Every interaction I have had with their staff has been so pleasant/personable. Throughout the duration of last year’s conference, Toi made herself available to our attendees for questions and it was such a pleasure to work with her!
